Herb and his wife, Marlene, have two daughters and five grandchildren. Herb has taught school, his family served for three years with MCC in Swaziland, and he served as Associate Pastor at Maple Grove. Herb is enjoying many activities in his semi-retirement such as bike riding, gardening, volunteering at the Big Valley Thrift and Gift Shop and is currently serving as Union Township Tax Collector.
