We enjoy creating ways to interact with each other and reach out to our whole community. Throughout the year, we are blessed with special musical performances, guests, and events. Details of our traditional events are below.

Community Pancake Breakfast
Every first Thursday of each month, Maple Grove hosts a Pancake Breakfast for the whole community. Friendly faces from the church will be serving pancakes, sausage, fresh fruit, coffee, juice and more. Join us and get to know your neighbors.
Fellowship Meals
Fellowship Meals (carry-in style) occur on the first Sunday in September, December, March and June, in our Fellowship Hall, immediately following worship service. The whole community is welcome. We consider this one of our best opportunities to catch up with each other.
Christmas Eve Candlelight Service
Join us for our annual Christmas Eve Service at Maple Grove. We celebrate the birth of Jesus with special music, themed skits or special programs, congregational singing, a focused offering, and candle lighting.
Backyard Ministries
Backyard Ministries is a Christian non-profit organization that ministers to those in need in neighborhoods throughout Pennsylvania. Maple Grove supports Backyard Ministries through monthly food donations.
Shelter Service
Shelter Service of Mifflin and Juniata Co. helps those facing a homelessness crisis find renewed hope by providing compassion, shelter, and services. Maple Grove supports Shelter Services through monthly donations of toiletries and other needed supplies.
Operation Christmas Child
Operation Christmas Child delivers great joy and the Good News of Jesus Christ to children in need around the world through gift-filled shoeboxes. At Maple Grove, preparation begins in October.
